TriumphPay account Admins have the ability to create new users and select their roles.
This menu is only accessible for users with administrative privileges. If you need your account privileges adjusted, please contact your account admin or TriumphPay support.
Log in to your TriumphPay Broker profile.
Go to "My Profile" located under the top right user icon.
Select the "My users" tab toward the top of the page
Click on the "+" icon in the upper right-hand side of the screen and fill out the required information
If you encounter any difficulty with adding a new user or updating their roles within TriumphPay, please submit a ticket to TriumphPay support for additional assistance.
