When an invoice is audited and approved by a shipper or broker:

TriumphPay receives the approved invoice:

    The net amount to be paid

    The expected due date, which is aged according to your chosen payment terms. 

The shipper or broker then releases funding to TriumphPay, which starts TriumphPay's processing of your payment. 

Once the funds are received by TriumphPay, the final payment date is scheduled and made visible to you on the TriumphPay portal.
