1. Log in to your Triumph Payments Portal.


2. Click on Debtors, located on the left side menu.

3. Click Upload NOA/LOR.

4. Enter the required information and click Submit.

5. Submit an NOA or LOR via email to the broker-specific email shown in the Debtor section on your Factor Portal.

  • NOTE: The update request can take up to two business days to be completed.
